Introduction

During 2006, a vintage bus service will operate, providing double deck bus rides across the Essex Countryside. Two main services will operate, the 622 from Harlow to Braintree, and connecting service 363 from Braintree onto Witham. If you like to remember days out by bus, or just enjoy travel or the countryside, take a trip. Most locations served by these routes have no other service on a Sunday, and so it might be an easier way of going about your normal business too, especially if you don't have access to a car.

Full fares details are not yet known, but a £6 all day ticket is available, and will provide unlimited travel on all three routes.

Enthusiast Information

As this is being operated by Blue Triangle, a mix of fleet regulars can be expected, included RT, RTW, M and T. We are also advised that there will be some guest vehicles from other operators.

The circuit will require 4 buses on each of the days of operation.

Click on the full timetable for full details of the operation, as there are additional journeys on route 363 between Easton Lodge Halt (Bacon End Banana Depot)/Great Dunmow and Braintree.
